Our Mission

We want to tell you a story.

Years ago, while running a Project with no resources available – and having the Customer pressing us to have people onsite – we thought on how to face with such an issue. After all, they just had to gather functional requirements, so why they could not do that themselves to start with and then share the result with us?

We finally managed to send people onsite, but the question was still in the air: is it possible to build a software artifact to walk a Customer through a step by step process which does what a Consulting Team is typically used to?

Of course a Consultant provides best practice, know-how and so forth, but this happens “ex-post”, after having gathered the necessary info to build the so called big picture. We have worked hard, brainstormed ourselves and after some time we figured out which steps were substantially always the same, creating the first version of the software Project Framework. The funny thing is that those steps are a lot of steps: the systematic usage of the tool provides – per se – a tremendous value, because it allows two or three relevant things:
  1. You do not risk to forget anything while doing your consulting job
  2. You always have a strong foundation on where the Customer is/would like to go
  3. Using the tool together with a Customer allows Consultants to be as creative as usual, providing the same best practice they are used to: instead of having a lot of not so well structured information, everything is now where you would expect it so see…

There is another very cool feature
which makes Project Framework an extremely valuable tool: do you remember when after performing assessment and design you had to go back, put on the table your notes and sketches and prepare documents/deliverables? Possibly having those documents consistent with each other?

That was one of the points which really required a team of people able to write, correct, adjust…
Well, you may now forget it: when you go back with your info, Project Framework will do the homework for you creating those deliverables the Customer was going to pay you for. All done in a matter of seconds, pre-filled with the relevant information and calculations.

We can’t hide our excitement while introducing such a tool: just have a look into it and share with us your impressions.
