How to Project Team
Team Users are those people allowed to work on/share a Project: by default the licensee is admitted as part of the group. To access the Team form it is necessary to click the related button.
User’s name is reported in terms of nickname if this has been set, full name otherwise. For any User it is possible to identify a Profile, add email and mobile phone, highlight the Unique ID (used by the Software to identify records ownership) and select a “color” to specify at a glance which record has been assigned/created by whom.

Users may be exported (Save) and imported (Load) to have them part of the Team working on a specific Project. Any time the Users button is pressed, Licensee's details is the first record to be shown.
All records present within the product may be assigned to a specific User (either the Licensee or a team member). As a result, it may be necessary to use a short nickname as User alias to improve readability. To show up the related dialog, click from the Main Gui menu Register->Info.

To introduce a nickname, it is possible to double click on the Info icon above, which will put in evidence the User Name – waiting for a change – and enable the Apply button to accept a change. In case two names should coexist (i.e. name and nickname), after having pressed Apply the dialog will alternate between the two names showing the related text.
