How to Project Activities
Any single record in Project Framework is either SYSTEM based (and in such a case, it is not changeable, since it represents sort of predefined 'cornerstone' know how) or assigned to the product's Licensee.
Nevertheless, through the options Check Out and Check In it is possible to export towards a specific User those records which he/she is expected to update/enrich (and even add new) and then import the updated artifact to have a comprehensive/refreshed view of the Project.
Once Checked Out, a record may not be changed by the User who made the operation until it is imported again through the Check In. Records may be Checked Out/In towards up to 8 Team Members while working on a Project: no central repository is required.
